I don't see anything in the CSS that shouts out and would hide these modules. If you switch to the default style momentarily, do they appear?Translations provided by Google.

Does the content show properly with the default style?
Permissions would hide a module completely if the user doesn't have permission to view it. You would have to edit the permissions by editing the page.Translations provided by Google.
