I need to stop the edited by window from coming up for my "channel moderator". If he edits a post I don't want his name to show up. I went through the settings and cannot determine which one it is

Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager. Edit the usergroup they are in. Set "Show edited by note on edited messages?" to No.
Please note that if they actually enter a reason, the note will still show.Translations provided by Google.

Thanks Wayne
So I am trying to make a moderator for just one forum. I went to channel manager and added a moderator to it. This only gives you so many settings and "show edited by note on edited messages" is not one of them. If i go to user groups yes it's in those moderator settings. But if I add the moderator into one of those groups it seems to make them a global moderator when in fact i'm just trying to do it for a channel. Hope this makes sense and do you have any suggestions?Comment

Put them in the "Moderator" group or make a custom usergroup for them. The only groups that will give them super moderator permissions (with default settings) are Super Moderator and Administrator.Translations provided by Google.

by CarrfixrI would like to give a user moderator permissions for one channel only. What steps need to be taken to do this? I already have a global site moderator but never had a single channel moderator
