A user just uploaded a picture to his album and it showed on the new content module on the forum. Clicking it brings you to the album page
I thought this was a bug that was recently fixed?

It was fixed. It used to take you to /special/albums and not show the actual album the user posted in.

I took two screen shots. One is showing the directory up top and the other is showing the bottom half..

Previous behavior was that it showed in search results but lead to a page error in the "Special/Album" route and you couldn't see the image.

New behavior is that it shows in search results but leads to a proper page where the users can see the image. This is meant to encourage people to contribute to their albums. Otherwise, the images are just hidden and never seen. Each and every attachment is a node and therefore the same as a post made in a forum.

I was not sure if it was right or not. Why is there a write something box below? Is that something just the Admin see's or does everyone?

You can post replies to album posts like this just as you can for any content, if you have the right permissions.
