How To Change Page Title?

Independently I meant.. I know it's Sub Channel Name - Hyphen - Channel Name etc..

You can change a Channel Title using Channels in Site Builder or the Channel Manager in the AdminCP.

You can change the page name and/or URL in Site Builder by visiting the page. Then edit and save the page. The save dialog allows page and URL changes. Do not do this on Topics, Articles or other generated content as it can break you site. These will be automatically generated based on the content title and changing them through Site Builder affects all content in that channel.

No option for the root channel i.e. the CMS.. I can change the "News" in News - Boxing World but how do I change the page title without changing the website name.. either way it seems to have a hyphen with either label on each side.. what if I don't want a hyphen etc?

You can't remove the hyphen on Cloud. You can't show an alternate title on Cloud without changing the forum name.
