Add User

I create a user with username password and email, give it to my admin/moderator for my forum and it isnt letting them log in. I even went as far as giving them my info to test and it doesnt let them log in either. Im assuming its a security thing for my account with IP verifications or whatever. But any help pls?!

There isn't a verification on IPs for users.

It sounds llike an issue on the user's end. Have they disabled cookies or similar?
