There is nothing wrong with your vBulletin Cloud site except that the domain name is not correctly configured. The site needs a domain name to bring together the CSS. We can put your site in local mode if you wish so you can use the CNAME URL until the domain's cname record is configured properly. Please let me know. -

The domain you have listed for your cloud site seems it is being used for another site or main page. Have you considered using a subdomain like forum.darkpanthergaming.com?Comment

You can change the domain for your cloud site on www.vbulletin.com at the Cloud Console. Just click Change Domain, type in the URL and click Save. It will take a few minutes to update. Let me know if you need help.Comment

Now I am not sure what I did wrong in regards to changing the name into a 'sub-doamin', I screwed up the cname somewhere with bluehole. Now sure what im doing wrong now. It was working fine lol.Comment

Did you actually create the subdomain, Forum, on your domain provider's website? You'll need to create that domain and then add a CNAME record for "FORUM" if one does not already exist. Then in that CNAME record, you put the Cloud CNAME URL in the "points to" type field.Comment

If you need further assistance, I recommend contacting your domain provider.
Otherwise, you can use a *vbulletin.net subdomain, like darkpanther.vbulletin.net and then you'll have a URL to use for your button on your main site.Comment

Set a CNAMErecord up on forum.darkpanthergaming.com
Instructions for doing this are here:
https://www.vbulletin.com/forum/foru...r-cname-record
Then login to your cloud console and activate the domain forum.darkpanthergaming.com
CNAME records can take 48 hours to go live (propagate) but are usually much faster.
Once you've done this, you will never see the vbulletin.net URL on your site.MARK.B

Okay so my subdomain is forum.darkpanthergaming.com - just allow some time and the vbulletin.net url will stop showing in url bar?
Also one last question - how do I make it so that the default page is registration/sign up page? rather then people being able to see my forum?Comment

by FinaticSo I set up the site two weeks ago with VBulletin cloud and Go Daddy which hosts my domain. After several phone calls to both, GoDaddy got the CNAME right so it pointed to my site with my custom domain....
