This isn't something we have any control over.

Make sure your site is enabled for SSL - it should be by default.

It isn't actually a setting you can change. However when you visit your site, it should say it is secure in the Address Bar of your browser.

Could you give me a better answer on why people can’t get on the site while in an airplane. This is a site for pilots. There are no other websites having this problem that I know of.

I'm not sure what answer you think we can give. We do not control other people's internet connections. The software will work properly on any properly configured internet connection. If there was a problem of this nature with the software, we would have hundreds of customers reporting it.

It could be the way the connection is configured. It could be your own device. There is no way of knowing. The only thing we support is the function of the product itself. I would certainly clear out the browsers cache and reset the device's network connections and see if that improves things.

Can you access the site using LTE on the device while in the Airplane? It sounds like a problem with the actual Wi-Fi being made available.
