    moving to a new domain?

    Hi vB staff.

    1) Is it possible to move my domain to a new domain and keep all member details, posts, images, links etc?
    2) Redirect from the old domain to the new domain for about 2 months?

    Thanks in advance.

I have just changed domains in vb cloud console.

    1) How can I change "back soon" image on the old domain to a short message with a URL to the new domain? Or redirect from the old domain to the new domain?

    2) The new domain does not have the 'https' in front of the URL. When I visit this site with Chrome, it shows "Your connection to this site is not secure". How can I add the 'https'? EDIT: The 'https' is now appearing in the URL.

    Thank you.

      3) I need to verify my site with Google Webmaster Tools. To do this I need to add "<meta name="google-site-verification" content="HpduKVyHZUXq7DJC3OwxAQxQffh_wdWkw7PtwN33wXM" />" to the home page. It should go in the <head> section, before the first <body> section.

      How do I do this?

EDIT: Done. Admin CP --> Settings --> Options - Search Engine Tools.

        4) How can I use my sitemap from my old domain for my new domain? Right now my new sitemap only has 3 entries whereas my old sitemap had hundreds. The site is exactly the same as before, so why do I need to build a new sitemap?

EDIT: Sitemap now correctly contains hundreds of entries, as it should.
