Adding Clickbank HTML banners

Hi,
Ive recently purchased vb cloud and cannot find anywhere to add Clickbank HTML banner links to my site. I had a forum a few years ago and didnt seem to have a problem.
I have been through the list on my Admin CP and cant find anywhere to add the banners

Go to Site Builder (Edit Site), then edit the page, you can drag an advertising module to wherever you need it, and configure it accordingly. Then save the page.

Ive tried that, Im getting the following message though .
