Delete infraction?

I want to delete an infraction, but it says can not delete infraction.

How can I remove the Infraction point from a users profile? I reversed the infraction, but the point is still there.

On our forum, 1 Infraction is a 2 week ban. 2 Infractions is a 1 month ban.

I issued him the first infraction with the wrong account. So I reversed it. I now want to issue it with the correct account, for consistency mostly.

If I give him the infraction now, will he have 2 points? That's really all I want to know. I'm afraid to issue the Infraction now, in case it adds up to 2 points.

If it only gives him 1 point total, then that's fine.

Our infractions are set to never expire.

It doesn't seem to be possible currently. This should be possible but as you say it isn't allowed. I found this bug report: http://tracker.vbulletin.com/browse/VBV-10483

I've placed it in the review queue so it can be discussed at the next bug review meeting.

Alright, bummer. There is a delete button in at least 2 spots but they both so the same thing. Can't delete infraction node.

I did find this. In the users account in admincp, I can just delete the 1 and put 0 in the point field for their infraction.

That accomplished what I was wanting to so.
