Problem viewing images in posts

I really need some help with this one. Some of my forum members keep complaining that images in posts are not showing up. They have tried with multiple browsers.

I have at least four different members experiencing the same issue with attachments.

Do the members have same system, browser and/ or usergroup? Try to find out similarities and test it with a Testuser.
