How to make a link look like a link?

    Hi folks.

I tried to make a post with a test link: Google

But after posting, the post shows as: Google

How can I make it so that the links appears as Google, and when people click the link it takes them to Google?

    Thanks in advance.

            You can also type: [url="www.google.com"]Google[/url]

            Should look like: Google

For more information click "Help" in the footer of your site. There is a BBCode Reference listed there that describes how to use the different codes with vBulletin.

Thanksmark, but from what I seen this only allows me to just submit a link to the page. I find it to be a useless button right now since I can just paste right into this reply box with no need from a button. I have no seen a way where it allows me to make text into a hyper link with it less I am doing something wrong.

Thank you this works. I like to request this feature to be added to the panel of buttons. Would save much time on users, but thank you for the quick reply

Can I ask one more question as well, I haven't figured this part out yet. How do you quote people? I know I did it above, but I am having a hard time when I click on more than one person to
"Quote", it turns the button orange, but it does not add the quest into this quick reply box. Most other forums if I click on Quote, it will keep adding to the reply box for me. http://take.ms/FgfLW

Or I can make a new post if needed. Strange, I posted the link above, and I pressed "enter" a few times to give me room. Now my text is blue and I think will be part of the link above? Yes, the same issue is happening on my forums as well. After I posted that link above, and pressed "enter" a few times to give space between this paragraph and the one above. It keeps the link color and turns all this text into a link as well.

You need to click on the Orange button to insert multiple quotes into the editor. It is turning Orange to tell you that further action is needed.

I see I would need to have the text selected and then use this. But it makes every thing I type after that a hyperlink as well. And with the quotes, I see the "Post Reply" up in the top now. Didn't notice that before, thanks.

It doesn't work off highlighted text, it quotes the whole of that post.
