Signatures not showing in IE Windows 10

Members using IE Windows 10 are reporting that signatures are not showing to them.

It's not a major issue but just wondered if anyone else has the same?

It's OK, it seems that they hadn't tick the "show signatures" in their profile.

In the old v4 signatures showed automatically, now you have to choose to seen them or not.

Is there a way to make the option already ticked when people join, to show them, then they can choose not to see them if they want?

I've just found 'default registration options' and it is set to yes. So it must be all old members that have had it turned off in the new version?

There's a query we need to run for you to turn all these on.
I'll get this done for you later on.

Mark, can you post the query so I can run it for my users?
                Thanks
                Chris

For self hosted, you use the admincp's pre-defined queries.

AdminCP > Maintenance > Execute SQL Query
                  From the predefined list select:
                  'On - Display Signatures'.

For safety, it's always worth backing up your database before running any query, though this query shouldn't cause any problems.

For any Cloud customers reading this, if you're experiencing this issue we need to run this query for you, just send us a support ticket or ask in the support forum.
