      There isn't really anything the support team can do with this.

      It's best to update the JIRA entry, as the developers will not see it if it's in the forums.

      Calling in won't help get it confirmed. QA is not available by phone. The steps to reproduce should be added to the JIRA and they will copy the site to an internal staging server to verify the issue.

      This isn't a critical issue so I am not sure what you're expecting. It will be evaluated during the standard bug review meetings that happen on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. It will be assessed and it will be placed into a bucket for resolving. It may not be fixed in the next version unless we can show it is a regression. This is standard procedure for all issues that are reported.

        I called it in and had it confirmed. There seems to be an issue that is possibly localized to my site. Joshua was very helpful today and took the time to sign on and verify this problem first hand.
