Have you cleared your browser cache? Read marking is working for me as a guest on both of your sites.

It's intermittent for me. Only on android chrome and only very occasionally.

I cleared my caches on my ipad, iphone, home computer using chrome, work computer using chrome and it still happens intermittently for me also. Out of 6 posts this morning it happened once. Sometimes are worse than others but it's definitely still there.

I've tested it on iPhone, iPad, iMac on Safari and Firefox with no problem. Still only Android chrome that does it for me occasionally.

Another notification error I've noticed is that I unsubscribed from a thread but still get notifications of new posts to it. Will test that further with other post subscriptions.

The problematic browsers should be listed in the JIRA so they can be tested.

If you've unsubscribed from a topic and are subscribed to the channel it is in, you will probably still get notifications.

I use Chrome on Windows daily and haven't been able to recreate it. The best place to provide this information is in the JIRA that is already created so the developers can look at the issue.

A text-based list of steps to reproduce and a list of the browsers that are affected. Screenshots don't really give a lot of information that helps fix issues unless they are CSS based.
