VB cloud site backups

Since we moved to cloud, i am very curious about backups.

Does VB backup my site?
If so how often?
Can I get a copy for my own safekeeping?

The answer to all three is Yes

It is daily back ups.

You can request a back up to keep for yourself, however I don't know if they would want to be sending one out on a regular basis, it's mainly if you decide to move back to self hosting. Support will confirm.

You can request a backup at any time from the Member's Area. You do not need to contact support for it.
If you've never been in the Member's Area, you'll need to select a security question and answer upon entering to see the license options.

After your backup is created, you will be sent a login and password for the FTP server to download it. The backup and credentials will expire after 3 days and be deleted.
