Update User Titles and Ranks not working

I added a new Usergroup "XYZ" based on posts (1000). I ran the Update User Titles and Ranks and checked a post for a member with 1300 posts and title did not change

Did you enter the title of the new usergroup when you created it, under:

User Title(Use this to override the default 'ladder' of user titles)

If not I think it just used whatever is already set for those reaching 1000 posts.
