Bug? Search members posts 'all time' does not work properly

If you go to a members profile and search 'all time' in their activities tab, it only shows about one month of posts.

It's the same on here. If you visit my profile and look at my activities and choose ' all time' it only shows posts back to September, yet I should have some posts going back to 2007

Is this a bug?

It will show whatever the number of posts you have set for the maximum search results under Settings -> Options -> Message Searching Options. If you return too many results, it can crash your site. The default limit is 500 results.

No difference Wayne I'm afraid.

It was set at 50, I changed it to 300 but still only about 30 results maximum show.
