Okay so at least 20 times i have saved the display order of the channels and marked them in increments of 5-10-15-20-25- etc. And it keeps reverting it back to 1-2-3-4-5 etc. How stupid is that?! It forces me to REORDER everytime i want to change or add more channels!

It will renumber them if you use the Channel Manager in Site Builder to change them. It retains the order in the AdminCP. Ultimately, the order is more important than the number that sets the order.Translations provided by Google.
