RSS Feed not working since Cloud migration

We have a RSS feed which was working OK up until we migrated to vBulletin Cloud.

All the settings appear OK but when I click 'Preview feed' I get a message: Unable to open URL or no data returned.

But if I put the URL into a browser it works fine.

Any ideas why it would stop working?

    What is the URL?

The only thing that I can think of is that the cloud servers cannot see the destination for some reason. My Cloud site is primarily populated by RSS Feeds for testing purposes.

Sincere apologies Wayne, I think on several threads I've called you Luke!

I can replicate the issue but do not have an immediate fix. I've created a bug report so the developers can look at the issue. You can find it here:

This issue is due to spaces in the URL. This is represented by the + between camping and motorhome. A fix has been worked on. Hopefully, it will be approved and released in the next version of vBulletin.

Thanks for the update Wayne. I'll see if I can create a new RSS feed with just one search term, so no spaces, as a temporary fix.

Tried with one search term so no space/+ but still doesn't work, preview looks fine but no feeds come in.

Very strange, we haven't changed anything but today the feed suddenly started working!
