There is no checkbox. Your user should have the proper permissions. The only permission is to manage users at all. You wouldn't even see the user pages in the AdminCP if you didn't have that permission. I can do this on my cloud site with a standard admin without issue.

Should try without any browser extensions installed. I recommend Google Chrome for administration purposes. It has the least number of problems. However, the latest version of any browser will work. We do not support IE 8 or IE 9. IE 10 might work but it isn't tested. Edge should work but it isn't tested.

Tested it in Edge and it works there as well.

I dunno then.. I guess I can resolve it when I start doing test accounts.. not that important for now.. it's just not typing anything.. or I'm not seeing it.. but it would highlight or something..
