As a Cloud customer, you will receive an email before we upgrade your site. It will usually take about 30 minutes.

I'm not sure what August has to do with it.

The process is always the same. A new version gets released, and then in the few weeks after that, Cloud sites are gradually upgraded. 5.3.2 has only been released for a few days.

You'll receive an email when yours is due, as will everyone.

Upgrades are starting today. Upgrades take several days to run completely. As August starts tomorrow, we cannot guarantee you will be upgraded before that. Provided there are no issues, all upgrades will be completed by August 8th.

Thank you. I wasn't aware when it was released. A terrific product. I am a fan for life. The only thing is I think the ticket system should remain a feature for 90 days. it takes a while to master the system and when you think you have, you really haven't.

Even when ticket support expires, you can always get help here in the forums.

You can add Ticket Support for about $15 a month if you upgrade to the Silver Cloud package.

You shouldn't have to download anything for cloud. There is no way you can upload it to the server. What is wrong with your front page? I don't know how it is supposed to look. Doesn't appear to be related to the upgrade process though. Your site hasn't been upgraded.
