Page 500 Error

Hello,

I can no longer access my "Pages" tab. It always gives me a 500 Error (see attached https://www.dropbox.com/s/9a29j4mhaq...43.28.png?dl=0)

Also, I cannot seem to delete my Channels... I keep getting this message "

That action could not be completed. Please try again, and if this occurs again please contact the system administrator and tell them how you got this message."

There is no content in channel.
