Try to change the height of header_tabbar_height to 23px in style variable editor. Search for "header_tabbar_height"

Also if anyone knows how to make a "/" target all caps in the nav bar but small caps in the footer? Doesn't seem you can and have to choose between all caps and small caps..

I just wanted "News" and "Forum" on the footer but had to make it caps to look all the same..

I'm not sure what you neab then. The only thing I can see wrong with the hover is fixed with the 23px fix above.

The hover is only going to 20px with the font size I think? How to do I make it hover the full height?

Oh right yea.. didn't click save.. I'll just stick with 2 links and no duplicates.. apparently any target to / shows the same case sensitive in the navigation and footer..
