Can more than one domain route to vB Cloud?

I have three domains - TrackPlanning.com .net and .org - that all bring web browsers to the same web site. When I set up vB Cloud, I used domain a fewer customers know of. This morning I added a CNAME record to the DNS for one of the TrackPlanning domains. The response to the URL is "This site is currently inactive on vBulletin Cloud."
    • Is it possible to have more than one domain name point to the same vB Cloud forum? If so, how?
    • If not, can I simply change the current domain to a preferred domain with Cloud Manager / Switch Domain?
    Thank you, RP

You can only have one domain at a time operational.

Nothing to stop you forwarding other domains to the active one though.

You want to use the URL Record for your domain names to redirect your other domains to the active one. For more help on this, contact the company that maintains your DNS Records.

To change your Active Domain, you need to visit your Cloud Console and click the "Change Domain" link.
