Migrate 4.2.2 to vCloud - time expected?

how long will it normally take, before everything is done (or the communication is in place?) when you migrate?
Because of the backup my forum is now offline, while I'm waiting. So I am just wondering how long its normally take before a status update or finished?

You replied to Lynne at 10:46am GMT - as Lynne is west coast US based, that's 2.46am for her. She'll be about soon and will pick it up then.

I'd advise against bumping your ticket though as that will simply send it to the end of the queue...

Ok. Sorry, the timestamp said 09:44pm. Since that was 5 hours behind me, I thought it was her timestamp. I missed a bit information regarding FTP +++
Just a feedback. For me as a newbie I need the information on a idiot level The last ticket was the info she was asking for. I didn't know where else to post it.

Instead of lining myself back in que, I am asking here..

It seems like the Norwegian server, has some kind of limit. Its in the middle of the night when Lynne is online - so I have to tried to fix this when she sleeps

in the instruktions its listed, make the files available for FTP download. But that want work from the NO VPS it seems.
Is it possible to upload til fex amazon, https, so you guys can try from there?

I am aware that Lynne is sleeping. So I hope some other from the support team can answer this
