Create page problem

I have created www.sample.com/forum/usachannel
Then I deleted www.sample.com/fourm/usachannel
After it, I decided to recreate it again: www.sample.com/forum/usachannel but somehow the system does allow me to do it, why????
I have to change the name a little bit to create it just like: www.sample.com/forum/usa-channel, then it works.
So does it mean I have to go somewhere to delete www.sample.com/forum/usachannel again????

the URL seems to be working just fine, though the content on the page gives an error that it wasn't found no matter which way you type the url in. i think you should let it settle for a bit then come back with an update as to whats going on with your page problem.

I believe there is a problem with reusing previously deleted page URLs. I'll see if there's a bug recorded for this.
