Working on your issue. If I need more information for you, I will follow up in the ticket. Unfortunately, you're not the only customer that I am working with right now and issues aren't fixed with a wave of a magic wand. Plus you're on GoDaddy which is probably the worst host to have vBulletin installed on. I can only do things there in 15-minute increments before they lock me out of the server for 15-60 minutes.

Its been almost 2 months. You keep your customer to an uncertain waiting period ? seriously ?

Well, about the godaddy hosting if my existing hosting plan doesn't work properly...I am ready to invest more and get VPS. Can you please see the below plan and let me know if that works ?

Thats way too expensive. Whats the major issue right now to shift my complete forum from vbcloud to godaddy ?

Right now my forum (www.bangalorebikers.com/forum) is running on Debug Mode and I find below major 2 issues.
          1. Previous attachments are not showing
          2. Smilies are not showing.
We are okay to lose attachments. Can you at least make smilies work and update the latest database so that we can get rid off VBCloud at the earliest possible ?

Just my opinion, but I'd stay away from GoDaddy hosting.

I agree...they can be problematic with vBulletin, though not to the extent they once were.

Someone will pick this issue up as soon as we can....you shouldn't have to lose attachments, unless something's can badly wrong they should be exportable out of your Cloud install.

Quite simply put - vB5 will not run on anything lower than Deluxe, we're not recommending that plan but we're simply stating fact. While we don't make official recommendation on who to host with, one that we do suggest you try to look away from unless you can afford a higher end package is GoDaddy. Their lower packages simply don't have the ability to run vB5 effectively and you'll just be straight back on here complaining about performance and looking for support on how to make it better.

Have you upgraded your hosting plan to one that will allow us to import your Cloud site and for it to run correctly? Have you advised Wayne of this in your ticket so that he can re-try the process?

Upgrading hosting plan is beyond my reach as its way too expensive. In the current plan everything is working fine. Just that smilies and attachments are not working. Since I don't have budget to upgrade plan. I am okay if I lose attachments. At least try to get smilies work and update the latest database so that I can come out from VBCloud and give mobile friendly forum to my members.

Me being a customer of VB, is this how I get responses from VB Support team ? May I know when the forum will be moved ?
