Users reporting posts are creating vBulletin tickets?!

I have no idea how this is happening, but when users flag posts, it isn't creating a discussion in my nominated forum it is raising a ticket at vBulletin.

I have no idea why this is doing this, can anyone shed some light?

Edit: All good, this was addressed in a ticket and is a known glitch

Unfortunately, those flagged posts wont go to the area you designate. You do have the setting for it in the cp, but the settings do nothing.

    SO

anytimea post is flagged, it will come across as a support ticket. You can also set to get email notification for flagged posts. I currently have it set up so all of my moderators and admins get the email.

The place to manage flagged posts is in the message center, link at the top of every page.

I don't see how to change this setting in Message Center. I want the email about the post being flagged by a user, which we get. But I don't want to keep getting the email from VBulletin because the flagged post also created a ticket.

Why does Vbulletin create a ticket for something a member of our forum flags? That has nothing to do with Vbulletin, it's just when a member doesn't like something so they flag it.

Seems like it would also be a pain for you Vbulletin guys to sort through all those meaningless tickets.

This happens because every Cloud installation has an admin account that the support team use if we need to when providing support. This has the support email address set as its email. Hence any reported posts that get emailed to, end up in the ticket system.

It's known about, not sure if there's a viable solution at the moment. We just ignore any such tickets. It happens on some self-hosted sites too, where we've created our own admin account to test something.
