    Should look like the attached.

Yes I'd recommend sending in a ticket....we'll need admin and ftp access. Suspect it's a permission issue somewhere.

OK I just had this happen know.

As described, I don't have the "Delete all posts by this user"

Do I need to log a ticket or is there a setting I've missed? I'm pretty sure I've checked everywhere but I may have missed somewhere.

When you delete, it should have a checkbox to "Delete all posts by user".

Thanks Wayne I had noticed that on the inline moderation section, but I don't seem to have the option to remove all that users posts like I did on my 3.8.1 site?

You can do this in the AdminCP under Users -> Search For Users. You can use the Quick Links menu to delete all their posts and then to ban them. Actually works the same way is in vBulletin 3.X.

Using Inline Moderation, if you select a post or topic for deletion, the options are included on the dialog box. The only difference here is that in vBulletin 3, you had "Delete... " and "Delete as Spam". They are both under Delete now.

Ban user and delete all posts

On VB3.8.1 (not sure if it was a VB feature or a mod, I inherited the site), when I deleted a user as a spammer and banned them, I also had the option of removing all other posts by them at the same time.
Is that an option I can enable? Is that even a standard feature of vBulletin 5.2.2?

Otherwise, what is suggested? Ban the user and then go into adminCP to clean up their posts? I'd rather it be an all in one solution if I can...

    Thanks!
