User being 'Signed Out' often

We have a user that keeps writing us over and over, complaining his log-in information is not saved so he has to sign back in all the time. It sounds like he will even get signed out just while browsing our forum.

I've told him to try to 'Remember Me' button and to clear his browsing forms/passwords and to save them next time his browser ask.

I have noticed I get signed out at weird times, but not as bad as him. Anything this could be on the VB side for me to check?

Have you checked Cookies and HTTP Header Options
under settings in your AdminCP?
My session timeout is set to 900 seconds (15 mins) and this seems to work out.
Increase it to whatever you need.

Just checked, and ours is at 1800 seconds, so that should be fine.
