Is it possible to mass move users in a usergroup?

I have around 3000 members that are in a usergroup that I don't want to use anymore. Is it possible to mass move the users in that group to another usergroup?

I want to add that the usergroup I want to move to already has several thousand users in it. I don't know if that makes a difference or not???
