Getting add to show on forum and all pages

I have placed an add module on the Forum page and using it to advertise upcoming events and it is working great but would like for this to be seen on all pages also need to be able to edit it most weeks.

? How is the best way to achieve this.

Use the Header Ad section. The ads wills show up above the logo.

Or do you want the ads to appear below the logo and breadcrumbs? This can be normally done via template hook inserted at header_before_content hook location. But for vBCloud, template hooks are not allowed.
