Getting password reset email when not requested

I have had this twice now

You have requested to reset your password on Historic Trucks because you have forgotten your password. If you did not request this, please ignore it. It will expire and become useless in 24 hours time.
It also has a link with it and my correct user name.

I hadn't requested the change at all. ? How can this email be generated.

Either someone is doing it maliciously, or else it's a bot hitting the link.
