I am guessing I somehow removed my Mark All Topics Read button/link from my forum. Could you please advise as to what I need to do to put it back.

After my upgrade, the Mark Channels Read button at the top of the forum does nothing. In SiteBuilder, the target URL is set to '#'.
How is the page supposed to be configured in order to mark... -
The read markers are wacked. Mark forum home read and it doesn't do anything. Read all threads in a forum or mark it as read and it doesn't clear the markers.
