I'm trying to migrate from my vB Cloud site (audiohaven.org) to my own server, and its been almost two days since I submitted my backup request, and I have yet to receive the backup. I received a followup that they were working on it, but that was early yesterday afternoon. I've asked multiple questions in the ticket thread, and have no had any responses recently.
Does anyone know how long it should take? Any idea who I can talk to? My site is shut down and it is definitely causing me to lose traffic.
