    Website display messed up

I am getting emails from some of our members who say they are getting the display below when they log into the forum. This is an old issue that I used to fix, but cannot remember how I used to do it.

Can you have the people with the issue run this command at the command line?

    nslookup assets.vbulletin.cc

To get to the command line on Windows, they would press Winkey+R and type CMD in the run box.

If they are not using Windows they can try this command at the command line:

    host assets.vbulletin.cc

We would need the results posted here so we can figure out where the issue is. We're going to try and apply a workaround for now though.

We've applied the workaround but if the affected users could still run the commands above it would really be appreciated.

Whatever you did must have worked. Member said the display is back to normal.

The issue above is caused because some end users do not have access to a TLD used for CDN. It either isn't supported by the ISP's DNS or blocked by a firewall for some reason. We're in the process of changing URLS for the CDN so this won't be a problem.
