Hi
My username role to www.kebunpedia.com is as an administrator. In the past I set to send welcome message via PM to any new user, automatically, from my administrator username.
Now I got these errors., I can not send any message because it said that I have too much stored message. 1,200++ PM instead of 1,000 PMs.
I have delete the inbox and sent items, and go to trash and permanently delete hundreds of them, but I still cant send PM to any forum member, same error, PM limit quote reached.
In addition, prior to delete messages, I believe I have set the administrator PM quota to 10,000 or so but it does not influence the system, still my limit is 1000
Any suggestions please?
