Will we be getting any sort of refund of credit due to all the "down time"?
In the 1 month we had this service, we had about 12 days of "down time". -
No idea, but its impossible to run a proper forum with such low levels of service. The big problem is that support takes a long time to even acknowledge there is a problem. I think self hosting is the only way to go, unless they introduce some basic SLA'sComment
