Guess I spoke too soon. With that CSS code we can't get into the Flagged Reports to delete or close it, no matter what user group. So the notification would never go away.

If I want to have all posts of Registered users moderated, where do I set that properly?
I tried setting "Skip Moderation for Posts"=No in The Registered Users Group. Didn't affect... -
We are trying to set up our 5.1.1 forum so that only registered users can post, and all posts are moderated with notifications of new, moderated posts going only to moderators.
