Ads still displaying to unregistered users

I have set an ad module on the front page of my site: http://www.xrpchat.com

It is an embedded chatroom. I clicked the option to only display it to registered users:




But the module still shows for all usergroups: registered/unregistered/administrators, everyone.

Can you please help.

Also looking at your page in question, you have the module set twice. Once for Unregistered and once for Registered. This can be contributing to the problem.
