User cannot edit his own profile but that option is marked YES

I have a user that reported he could not edit his profile.

I changed his password so I could log in as him and did so.

When I try to edit the profile as the user I get the "Sorry, you are not authorized to view this page" message.

    How do I fix this?

User is in group 'Registered Users' and again has 'Can edit own profile' set to YES.

Have you checked in both the usergroup manager AND the channel manager (both in admincp)?

Geting that error when trying to just view his profile is a different permission - Can View MemberInfo. That must be set to Yes so that he may view the profile page.

Please don't PM or VM me for support - I only help out in the threads.

If I post CSS and you don't know where it goes, throw it into the additional.css template.
