Need Mods to have access to add edit users.

On my site, I need to appoint 2 users with higher than normal access. Specifically I want to enable them to Add, View and Edit user profiles (address, telephone, etc.). Basically I need them to maintain our membership in the database, and update the records

You need to make them Administrators. Edit their usergroup within their profile in the AdminCP. Users -> Search for User.

You can control what they have access to in the AdminCP under Usergroups -> Administrator Permissions. Just give them access to the Users.

Thank you. Just to confirm this will not effect my Site Admin log in correct?

They would use their own usernames and password to login and access the AdminCP. There they would have access to the permissions that you give them. It wouldn't affect your personal account.

User accounts cannot be modified outside the AdminCP.
