I added the Go to Top my Footer editor - it shows once there - but twice on the page. When I remove it removes both.

You had the wrong URL in there. You should not put the f3d...vbulletin.net domain name into the URL as it will be incorrect when you set your CNAME redirect. The Go To The Top link URL just needs to be "#".

I'm setting up a new vBulletin site and am running into something that should be simple. It's probably an oversight on my part but I just can't see it:
In the vBulletin Settings > Options... -
I created a phrase and put the name of it in the URL for a new footer link. It does not work. What do I have to do to make that happen. In the instructions it says the link has to be a page. Does... -
In settings, "Sit Name / URL . . " there is Privacy Statement URL and it is blank. I created a page with a Privacy Policy and put a button for it on the footer. Should I put a link to that...Thu 19 Jul '18, 7:55pm
