    I have no idea why this is duped.

    I added the Go to Top my Footer editor - it shows once there - but twice on the page. When I remove it removes both.

      I went to Footer and added Go To Top @ f3d43624c42d-001896.vbulletin.net/#

        You had the wrong URL in there. You should not put the f3d...vbulletin.net domain name into the URL as it will be incorrect when you set your CNAME redirect. The Go To The Top link URL just needs to be "#".
