Merging Forums

I've been offered to buy out another forum of the same topic. That forum is a "proboards" forum, while mine is a vBulletin cloud setup.

Can I merge the two together?

If so, will I need to get off the cloud to do so??

There's no supported way to do this.

certainly, you won't be able to do it on a Cloud installation, but even on self-hosted it's not supported. Our old import tool, ImpEx, has been open sourced, and that may be able to help on a self hosted installation.
