Missing PMs

I have a member who claims that PMs are missing from his archive/inbox. Interestingly, it is only PMs from a particular other member. Is this a known issue? He contacted me concerned that I had deleted the PMs, which I don't even think I have the ability to do in vbCloud.

Any ideas?

I haven't heard of this before. PMs are shared among the recipients and all need to delete it before it is truly gone. If the user has some titles and who the messages were from, we can investigate.

Wayne, thanks. The recipient name is "Wheels" and the sender is "solidbob"

I will do some more checking on my end.
