User Reputation Bar

The user reputation bar isn't lighting up when a users reputation surpasses a milestone.
The displayed wording for that milestone appears when you hover your mouse arrow over the little boxes but the boxes remain white.

Any idea?

The bar is unrelated to the milestones you add. The pips have their own color and count based on internal hard coding. The phrases are just for the hover display.
