    Wayne Luke thank you for your reply. i have another problem. how can i manage my ftp ? i need to upload some files to my forum, like styles or plugins...

      That's not allowed in vBCloud.

          In vBCloud, there is "vBCloud Upload CSS" option in the left pane of AdminCP. You can upload images from there.

                  That is your old host. You would see vBulletin 5 if you were on the Cloud site. CNAMEs take a while to propogate.

                      this is the SOLUTION if other members ask for:

                      Log into Name.com

                      Go to Your Account -> Domains

                      On the list of all your domains choose the one you want to modify.

                      From the Quicklinks drop down menu for that domain choose DNS Record Management

                      On the next screen will be a drop down menu under Type. Change this from "A" to "CNAME"

                      Under Host enter the subdomain, usually www but can be something else if you chose differently during cloud sign up.

                      Under answer paste in the long vbulletin.net domain you were provided.

                      Finally click the Add Record button.

                      It may take one to several hours for the update to complete.
