Renewing monthly license - domain has been used already

My monthly subscription is due in the next couple of hours, so I was planning to purchase additional Bronze packages.

However on checkout, it is saying the domain has been used already. Of course it is in use by my current subscription. How should I proceed?

Also as there has been no feedback yet on this from the ticket system:

Will I lose the forum content if I renew sometime after my subscription end?

You should not buy another package. You should renew your existing package. This is why it says to you that the domain is already in use. You have to put other domain, or a sub-domain etc.

I cannot find the option to renew =(

Going in the members area > Renewals / New Purchases, it brings up the purchase page.

Cloud accounts will renew automatically. You do not need to purchase anything to renew.

Cloud is a subscription not a purchase. It can only be renewed automatically to maintain the service level properly.
