Blank Character Stripping

Going thru all the options in the Admin CP and cannot figure out under "Censorship Options" what the Blank Character Stripping exactly means and if I need to do anything with it. Any help there?

You do not need to do anything with it, unless people are abusing blank characters on your forum. There are a largeish handful of characters available to be used fo blank characters. Most of the time people are using them because its part of a multi-byte language. However sometimes people use them to get around settings imposed by the administrator for minimum character count/etc.
